Soledad Block Mixed-Use Redevelopment

RRM Design Group designed a Master Plan for the redevelopment of an entire city block in the downtown core of Soledad, CA. With 200,000 sf of total building space, RRM provided architecture, planning, landscaping, and civil engineering services. The Project includes 12,000 sf of retail/commercial lease space with storefronts that face the main boulevard, a 20-unit motel that sits above the retail space, high density housing that offers 200 dwelling units in 6-level configurations, and a parking structure. The architectural theme includes reconstructed historical art deco details, bold outlines, and geometric shapes that add character to this mixed-use development.
