Spring Street Mixed-Use DevelopmentPaso Robles, CARRM Design Group provided architectural design, planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services for this mixed-use project. The building includes a 58,900 sf below grade parking garage; 30,000 sf of retail, office, and common area at the ground floor; 30,000 sf of office space at the second floor; and twenty-nine residential condominiums at the third and fourth floors. The townhome condominiums are designed as one, two, and three bedroom units. As an extension of Paso Roble’s downtown, this mixed-use plan was designed to improve commerce and walkability in the downtown core through new homes, inviting public spaces, and pedestrian-friendly features.
