O'Leary BuildingSan Luis Obispo, CARetained by Rossetti Companies, RRM Design Group designed a three-story Spanish-style professional building in the heart of San Luis Obispo, California. Named after Neil O'Leary (an Irish stonemason who lived there with his family during the late nineteenth century), this prime Higuera Street property consists of 7,500 sf of new construction and 1,500 sf of renovation (the existing one-story building). The new building sits behind the original structure, offering a striking presence with its two copper domes covering the stairwells and evoking the downtown’s continued vitality with its creekside setting and panoramic views. The building offers mixed-use with retail shops downstairs and office space upstairs.
