Fontana Façade Rehabilitation

RRM Design Group provided schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration for the rehabilitation of the City of Fontana's Downtown Façade.

The City had experienced significant commercial and residential growth outside of the Downtown core, and some properties in the historic Downtown had been neglected. RRM was commissioned to prepare cosmetic treatments for selected block faces and alleyways, including new paint, signage, awnings, lighting, window replacements, and door replacements.

The project will be phased over three years, culminating in a major facelift to the existing commercial/retail buildings that line Sierra Avenue in downtown Fontana.
